Returns Policy 

You can return products to ADBL UK within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds.

ADBL UK covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will arrange collection of the product in this situation.

Items returned for reasons other than defect or ADBL UK error must be paid for by the buyer. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product.”
